Chris Hicky is a Grammy nominated writer/director with dozens of award winning music videos on his resume. His client list includes some of music's most successful artists including Keith Urban, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, and Carrie Underwood, just to name a few. Hicky has also helmed various commercials including a Super Bowl spot for HEB Grocery. His true passion though is narrative storytelling, and this is where his light shines. He wrote and directed the award-winning short "Blue Horses" as well as a Kickstarter funded, award-winning feature "The Grace of Jake."  He's currently in development on various feature and television projects.

The proud dad of three kick-ass boys, when he's not on-set, Hicky oversees a film program on the campus of his sons' school. He's custom built a hands-on curriculum that takes students from middle school to high school on a journey though the craft and history of all things cinema. Some of his students have moved on to prestigious film and art programs at the college level where he continues to mentor them in their creative pursuits.
